So, I’m still in
new year mood and fill up with a lot of self-motivations. I think there're actually a lot of what I should change for this year to be a better of myself. Even
not a big change but at least I try and make a little progress than never.
So, to start a
day of course you need a little magic which I call as: motivations, it’s very
simple and believe me,it will give you positive energy if you do it routine. Therefore,
here’re my 3 simple things to do when I’ve woke up in the morning:
BE GRATEFUL
Wake up is a
bless. Therefore, when you’ve woke up remember to thanks to God. Let’s say you
don’t have time to go to temple/church or mosque, but to remember God when you
wake up,That’s one in a million ways to show that you’re grateful person. It’s
very easy task but pretty challenging to do, so give it a try!
STOP SNOOZING
When I need to
wake up in the 7AM but I always make 6AM alarm and keep snoozing in 15mins. I’m
that kind of person, who’s in? LOL. So, I want to change this bad habit, I
MUST stop snoozing alarm and wake up in exact time! Wake up in the morning is good actually. Not only for
your health, also you have a lot of time for thinking what to do today, make
some nice breakfast, have a preparation for the day or have a morning walk
instead rushing and end up with missing the bus for work.
EXERCISES
I don’t have time
for exercise because of office hours or I can say, I’m a very lazy person when
it comes to exercise. I have a lot of excuses to not go to the gym. But this
year, I dedicate to make some time to do “little-exercises” before going to
work in the morning (better than I don’t do). I realize I eat a lot of junks
and of course I need to burn them up! Hope I can be consistent.
So, here’re my
little self motivations for my morning, hope these can inspire you to be better
in this year, or if you don’t mind, you may share your
little-secret-motivations too!
