Finally the wait is over for me, for years I’ve been dreaming
for a trip to Bandung and the wait is worth! This year (2018) finally I can put
my feet on one of my wishlist destinations. I thought it’s a city with cool air
only but I guess I wrong. The scenery, the air, the people, the places and the city are
absolutely beyond my expectations. And if I may describe one word for Bandung,
I will say, “Beautiful!”
I love places with lots of garden or park with cool air of
course and here Bandung made my wish comes true. Even in the afternoon is hot
(but not as hot as my hometown) if the wind blows, you still can feel the cool
air. At night, you don’t need air conditioner actually, the temperatures is
cool especially after rain!
So, for you who are planning to go to Bandung, I bet you will say, "let's go to Lembang". There’re a lot of places you can visit here, but because of
I have limited time, so I decided to visit my top-list places,so here you go:
FARM HOUSE, LEMBANG
It took 30mins from city (if there’s no traffic jam) and you
can spend here around 2-3hours to stroll and take some pictures. And only at
here you can find Hobitton’s House, drink banana milk, dairy lady, sheep,
rabbits and you can rent for dutch’s costume too!
FLOATING MARKET
I think this is a must place to visit when you come to
Bandung. Many people has recommended this place and I will recommend to you
too! This place is unique of the market area. You can see a lot of floating
boat that sell various of traditional foods. They said the bestseller you must
eat is: sate kelinci.
Beside you can canoeing and strolling the park, you can also
get a chance to wear kimono & hanbok and have a photoshoot sessions.
And if you’re lucky, you can meet Japanese cosplay too!
Well, it's not the end of floating market if you don't visit their Rainbow's Garden and Kota Mini. Of course you must pay again for the entrances, but I guarantee you it worth the prices!

KAMPUNG DAUN
After strolling for hours of course you need to recharge yourself,
so let’s go to kampong daun.
One of hidden gems from Bandung that you must come. You can
try traditional Sunda’s foods in small wooden gazebo and relax yourself with
the rhythm of water.
DUSUN BAMBU
Next stop you must come is the famous dusun bambu. It’s
famous of their purbasari’s house, yes the most instagramable spot I can say in
Bandung. All you have to do at here is relax yourself and feel the fresh air, you can do eco-cycling, eat at outdoor cafe, out-bonds and many more. Oh ya, if you feel so tired and can’t continue to stroll the park, don’t worry,
they provide a transportation and take you to see the whole park (it’s FREE)!
